Conference Production Executive

Conference producers create the superb events that Lnoppen’s clients demand. They are responsible for researching the event, sourcing and recruiting suitable speakers, designing the agenda and following it until its execution. Producers must work closely with Marketing, Sponsorship and Sales to create the best possible event package.

Applicants require:

►Exceptional project and time management skills, able to work under pressure and always meet deadlines
►BA or BS degree, knowledge of manufacturing/logistics/finance a plus
►Powerful written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
►Strong time management skills
►High degree of interest and alertness in current business issues and industry trends
►Conference sales or development experience preferred
