Therefore, while building new public hospitals across the country, how to meet the patients’ needs of major diseases, promote innovation in medicine and service models, and build a new medical management system to improve the ability to serve patients will become an important goal of the future development of traditional public hospitals. At the same time, most public hospitals generally have problems such as long waiting time for patients before consultation and poor medical experience. How to optimize the medical treatment process and shorten the waiting time for patients has become an urgent need for the digital transformation of medical services.
