Since the CAAC issued the “Outline for Building a Powerful Civil Aviation Country in a New Era” in 2018, the construction of a “four-type airport” is not only a new requirement for the high-quality development of civil aviation in the new era, but also an important support for building a strong civil aviation nation. “Safety, green, wisdom, and humanity” are the strategic priorities for the construction of the “four-type airport”. Safety is the basic requirement, green is an important connotation, wisdom is the driving force for innovation, and humanity is the fundamental goal. By 2035, a benchmark airport will lead the world’s airport development, and to build a four-type airport that is safe, efficient, green, environmentally friendly, smart, convenient, harmonious and beautiful, and provides important support for building a strong civil aviation nation in all directions.

The “21st China Airport Development Summit” will gather senior leaders and experts from government departments, airport groups, regional airports, airlines, architectural design institutes, express logistics companies, consulting agencies, and airport aviation industry supporting companies to discuss the development of the “four-type airport” industry opportunities and challenges, exchange the results of four-type airport construction, discuss carbon neutral goals and technological innovation, aiming to provide participants with a cooperation and exchange platform for project docking and industry experience sharing.
