2nd Latin America Hotel Expansion Summit
After a successful first edition of the Latin America Hotel & Resort Expansion Summit in Cartagena, Colombia in March 2017, Lnoppen will host its 2ndedition of the conference end of February 2018 in San José, Costa Rica. Costa Rica has proven to be one of the best countries in the region when it comes to investment opportunities, with a stable government pushing for tourism and hospitality investment.Costa Rica recorded the strongest growth within Central America and according to the Costa Rican Tourism Institute, 11 new hotels with 696 roomswill have opened by end 2017, with an estimated investment of 149 million USD. In the coming years, big hotel chains such as Hilton, Hard Rock, Four Seasons have several more hotel openings and Latin America’s Premier Residential and Resort Destination, Papagayo Peninsula will undergo initial capital improvements as part of a major transformation worth 100 million USD.
Ofcourse, the Latin America Hotel & Resort Expansion Summit being a regional summit, attention will also be given to other well established and upcoming hospitality markets such as Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Argentina, among others.
