TIANJIN – According to ethylene industry development goals for "restructuring and revitalizing the Petrochemical Industry ", China will form 11 ethylene bases of a million-ton capacity in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the Bohai Rim regions. In the "Twelfth-Five Year" period, the equipment market scale will reach 630 billion RMB.
