CHONGQING, CHINA, 09-10 SEPTEMBER 2010 – With the increasing demand for meat, egg and dairy products, China's husbandry market is undergoing rapid improvement in advanced technology and solutions application. Delivering advanced husbandry solutions and safeguarding food safety in China's major animal husbandry industry bases is crucial for sustainable development.
The China Animal Husbandry Congress 2010, co-organized by Chongqing Agriculture Commission and Noppen, was held on 9-10 September 2010 at the JW Marriott Hotel, Chongqing, China. The People's Government of Chongqing Municipality has regarded the animal husbandry industry as one of the key industries being supported by the government in order to development Chongqing into a key national husbandry industrial base in China. At this congress over 100 government officials, senior directors and engineers from China's major husbandry groups and food processing facilities came together to discuss China's newest industrial policies, advanced technology solutions for their plants growth, animal health, food quality and safety, and the most up-to-date progress reports on major expansion projects in China.
