China Offshore Oil & Gas Service and Transportation Tech Congress
Over the years, China has become the second largest oil importer and consumer in the world and recently four state-owned oil tanker companies reached a preliminary consensus to establish an independent ship-owner company of giant proportions. Also, China is planning to invest more than 200 billion RMB in building more than 50 offshore engineering vessels and LNG Carriers to support oil exploration, exploitation and transportation.This Congress served as an international platform for ship owners, operators, major oil companies and gas companies where discussions on the latest industrial policies and technologies were held.
