China VLCC & LNGC Tech Congress 2012
The Chinese government stated their goal to set up a China oil and gas ship fleet by 2020 to take control of its oil and gas imports. In the next 10 years, the main shipping companies in China will invest more than 20 billion USD to construct at least an additional 60 VLCCs and 60 LNGCs, most of the orders will be fulfilled by Chinese shipyards. After the tremendous success of the previous event, Noppen has successfully delivered the 2nd Annual China VLCC & LNGC Tech Congress 2012 in Shanghai, a featured venue for shipbuilding industry in China. Attended by over 140 prominent industry leaders, this congress illustrated China's latest industrial policies, advanced technology solutions for shipping and shipbuilding industry, and the most up-to-date reports on major shipbuilding projects in China.
