2016 China Science and Technology Museum Innovation Summit

By the end of 2014, number of science and technology museums reached 409, with an increase of 29 compared to 2013. The total visits reached 41.92 million, with an increase of 12.27% compared to 2013. Being an important space to develop science industry, provide services for cultural and educational science information dissemination and cultural exchanges at home and abroad, science and technology museum nowadays has become a symbol of comprehensive soft power during national and regional development.“2016 China Science and Technology Museum Innovation Summit” will be held on October 20th and 21st, 2016 in Shanghai, China. The summit will serve as an international platform for government officials, industry associations, domestic and foreign science and technology museums, science centers and technology suppliers to discuss the strategy of global science industry development, and exchange the trend of intelligent and creative museum in China, while sharing the professional technology involved in the construction and operation of the museum so as to find the best partners.
