By 2020, the automotive industry in India will be the largest in the world. Automotive manufacturers such as Renault-Nissan, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Honda and Suzuki are in the process of further expanding both their product portfolio and manufacturing capacities to ensure they can supply the ever growing market. In addition to domestic consumption, OEMs are also setting up large facilities in India to export full products, CKDs and SKDs to regions across the globe.
