According to staticstics, the stock of urban commercial complex area reached 360 million square meters by the end of 2015, and has surpassed 430 million square meters in 2016. With continuous growth of commercial complex, it is predicted that the supply of commercial complex will be around 1,200 by the year of 2018.
“4th Annual China Mixed Use Development Summit” will be held on August 24th – 25th, 2017 in Shanghai, China.
