Currently there are more than 200,000 companies in China engaging in cross-border e-commerce, the total sales for both B2B and B2C transaction have reached RMB 2 trillion in 2012, up by more than 25% over last year . According to incomplete statistics, in 2013 China's cross-border transaction is expected to exceed RMB 3.1 trillion and in 2016, it will increase to RMB 6.5 trillion . The average annual growth rate is nearly 30%. The online shopping demands for Chinese goods from the five cross-border e-commerce target market - the United States, Britain, Germany, Australia and Brazil will soar to RMB 144 billion by 2018.
